Friday Evening Mass & Cocktail Party

The recipients of the 2026 Très Bien Award will be celebrated at the mass. If you know of an alumna who should be considered for the 2026 award, please follow the nomination process.

Cocktail Party in the Villa Duchesne Schaefer Family Student Life Center

Cocktail Party - $45 per person for general registration, $60 per person for sponsorship registration. This event is intended to be a class cocktail party, including alumnae of Villa Duchesne and City House.

Reunion classes will take class photos during the event in the Pavich Theatre (any class ending in a 1 or 6).

Reunion Class Giving Competition

Congratulations to the class of 1975!

They donated the highest dollar amount of all the reunion year classes to the Villa Fund for the 2024-2025 school year and will be honored during Reunion Weekend.

It is now time to get ready for the Reunion Class Giving Competition for the October 2026 Reunion Weekend!

1946, 1951, 1956, 1961, 1966, 1971, 1976, 1981, 1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011, 2016, 2021

The reunion year class that donates the highest dollar amount to the Villa Fund by June 30, 2026, will be honored during Reunion Weekend. Plans will be coordinated with the winning class to enhance their weekend celebrations!

Très Bien Awards

Each year, a small group of esteemed alumnae receive the Très Bien Award for their service to the school and community. The Très Bien Award is given to Villa Duchesne-City House alumnae who demonstrate in their lives the traditions and values of their Sacred Heart education. The award recognizes exemplary service or achievement in the community or to one’s family, church, or profession.

Très Bien Awards are presented to recipients at the annual Alumnae Mass; nominations are due by June 1, prior to the fall reunion weekend.

Once all nominations have been reviewed by the Villa Duchesne-City House Alumnae Association Board, you will be contacted and informed if your nominee has been awarded a Très Bien. This should take place by the end of July, prior to the October Reunion Weekend.

If your nominee is a recipient, you or another "tribute writer" will be requested to submit the final tribute speech by September 1, 2026. You will be asked to email that to Anne Warner Dorr '78 at awdorr@aol.com. This speech needs to be 500-600 words that encompasses the character of your nominee with specific examples of how they live out the Sacred Heart Goals. If you need any assistance with crafting your tribute speech, please feel free to email Anne Dorr. You will read the tribute following the Reunion Mass taking place on Friday, October 9 at 4 pm.
